Lay the amount of the claim, viz.
£26.12.6, to the Government of Hong Kong in repayment of sum advanced by the Colonial Treasurer.
But Their Lordships are of opinion that, as the Ship in question belonged to Hong-Kong, the amount advanced should be charged upon the Local Revenue of that Colony.
They would suggest that the Crown Agents should be directed to repay the same out of any monies in their hands on account of Hongkong.
Directions will be given to the Deputy Master to receive the amount.
